If you want to do in Delhi , you have to register yourself in Delhi Medical Council . Getting a provisional certificate from Delhi Medical council is a easy job, as everything had to be done online. Go to Delhimedicalcouncil.org  In first page , you will have instructions . And on couple of pages, you will find all general instructions and stuffs.  Important things to be ready and considered while registering in Delhi Medical council.  A ) You cannot change the following after registration so be aware of that. 1) Name  ( as in Degree certificate ) 2) Mail Id  3) Phone number  B ) On home page, you will find a link about " how to upload images "    1) Every file has to be in .jpeg format     2) Photo and signature photographs ( as you do for fmge exam ) should be in 250 pixels and 25-50 kb in size    3) Other docs (whichever you are going to apply) should be 550 x 750 pixels  and 1 mb in size                 you can change the pixels in MS

We can do internship in any medical college anywhere in India . Medical colleges are teaching hospitals. What we have in the list is for non teaching hospitals (though some medical colleges names were also there ). I confirmed it with MCI by calling them over phone . If you guys have any doubts , you can call them too. It is compulsory for Indian Foriegn Medical Graduates  from Post-soviet countries like Armenia, Georgia , Ukraine , etc , Russia and few others to do Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship in MCI recognised hospitals or medical colleges in India. Only after that, you will be issued Permanent Registration Number. Those who have completed in China (some universities ) , Philipines ( not sure ? ) and few other countries, need not do any kind of internship here.
