Certificates issued after Graduation.

After you have graduated or passed from the University, you will be given few extra certificates besides your diploma ( Graduation Certificate ). 

The Certificates issued by the Deans office of Foreign affairs, after few days of graduation are :
1) Diploma ( Graduation Certificate , printed in Armenian, Russian and English )
2) Marksheet or Medical School Transcript ( which contains marks for subjects )
3) Transfer / No Objection Certificate
4) Character Certificate / Performance Evaluation Certificate ( Describing how well you have performed in your examinations and practical skills )
5) Certificate which describes about your academic absences (gaps between years of study ) and whether you have repeated your course
6) Score Equivalance Certificate ( equating your marks to performance )
7) Original Certificates ( Birth Certificate (if you have given them), Acknowledgement Certificate, 10th, 11th , 12th certificates, Community Certificate , Transfer Certificate from school )

The document issued by the International Students Co-operation Department :
1) "Attestation" Sheet which contain our Resident card details ( validation dates ) and mentioning that we are allowed to enrol as a medical practitioner in our country


The Documents which are needed to be Apostiled by Ministry of Health and attestated by Indian embassy are :
1) Diploma
2) Marksheet ( Medical School Transcript )
3) Attestation Sheet.

If you want to do in Delhi , you have to register yourself in Delhi Medical Council . Getting a provisional certificate from Delhi Medical council is a easy job, as everything had to be done online. (UPDATED ) AFTER FMGE: INTERNSHIP IN INDIA

It is compulsory for Indian Foriegn Medical Graduates  from Post-soviet countries like Armenia, Georgia , Ukraine , etc , Russia and few others to do Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship in MCI recognised hospitals or medical colleges in India. Only after that, you will be issued Permanent Registration Number. Those who have completed in China (some universities ) , Philipines ( not sure ? ) and few other countries, need not do any kind of internship here. STATE (TAMIL NADU )MEDICAL COUNCIL REGISTRATION ( updated sept 2020)

So, after  getting NBE MARKSHEET/PASS Certificate we need to register in the concerned State Medical Council for provisional registration certificate. Previously we had to do this in both the MCI and State Medical Council. Now , its enough to register in the concerned State Medical Council. Concerned State Medical Council - to get provisional registration certificate from the State which you are going to do internship 1) If you wish to do your CRRI(internship) in Delhi, then you can apply to Delhi medical council 2) If you wish to do your CRRI in Kerala , then you can apply to Kerala Medical Council 3) If you wish to do your CRRI in either Pondicherry or Tamilnadu, you can apply to Tamilnadu Medical Council if you got provisional registration certificate from a concerned state medical  council, you had to complete your internship in the same state and get permanent registration from the same state. eg. if you got your provision registration certificate from Delhi Medic
