Procedures in NBE -detailed

Nbe procedures
Venue : PSP Area, Sector 9, Near District Court, Dwarka, New Delhi, Delhi 110075


Originals to be brought with you in person,
1) admit card with your photos attached
2) original MBBS certificate
3) original eligibility certificate
4) passport
5) voter ID / Aadhar card /driving licence

To come to nbe , if you come by metro , get down at metro Dwarka sector 10 station, it is around 600 metres from the metro station.
MORNING SESSION FROM 10 AM TO 2PM
AFTERNOON SESSION FROM 2 PM TO 5 PM (UPDATED )
YOU MIGHT NEED TO GET THERE 30MINUTES - 1 HOUR PRIOR AND MAY NEED TO WAIT OUTSIDE THE GATE IN QUEUE

On reaching nbe, the security guard will say you the place. The office is usually located on the 2nd floor. Ask about your station and wait there.

1) they will give you a registration form and you have to fill in the details (usually name , examination centre,  father's name and roll no. (In admit card ), permanent address , correspondence address , etc stuffs )
2)they will take your biometrics after that. (Left thumb print and take photo via webcam ). They will give you "candidate identity verification form" which you had to sign .
2) You will be checked the originals mentioned above at the document verification desk.
3) Then they will issue the Original Nbe marksheet along with the Xerox of it.

4) you have to write on the photocopy of NBE marksheet - "original certificate received on (date) "and sign and Date below
5) you have to submit four documents there.
A) admit card
B) Xerox of the NBE marksheet which you have signed
C) filled registration form.
D) candidate verification form
(They will staple it for you , so don't worry )
They will write the serial number and date of issuance on nbe marksheet
6) you can go with your original marksheet .
"The admit card has to be submitted there along with photo. If you lost your admit card (which was used on exam day), you can download and print new admit card , and paste a photograph on it. "

 "And just verify , if you have two signatures on the back of the original nbe pass certificate"

 I had only one signature on the back , so I had to cancel my flight and get the other one done and book another flight .

If you want to do in Delhi , you have to register yourself in Delhi Medical Council . Getting a provisional certificate from Delhi Medical council is a easy job, as everything had to be done online. Go to Delhimedicalcouncil.org  In first page , you will have instructions . (UPDATED ) AFTER FMGE: INTERNSHIP IN INDIA

It is compulsory for Indian Foriegn Medical Graduates  from Post-soviet countries like Armenia, Georgia , Ukraine , etc , Russia and few others to do Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship in MCI recognised hospitals or medical colleges in India. Only after that, you will be issued Permanent Registration Number. Those who have completed in China (some universities ) , Philipines ( not sure ? ) and few other countries, need not do any kind of internship here. STATE (TAMIL NADU )MEDICAL COUNCIL REGISTRATION ( updated sept 2020)

So, after  getting NBE MARKSHEET/PASS Certificate we need to register in the concerned State Medical Council for provisional registration certificate. Previously we had to do this in both the MCI and State Medical Council. Now , its enough to register in the concerned State Medical Council. Concerned State Medical Council - to get provisional registration certificate from the State which you are going to do internship 1) If you wish to do your CRRI(internship) in Delhi, then you can apply to Delhi medical council 2) If you wish to do your CRRI in Kerala , then you can apply to Kerala Medical Council 3) If you wish to do your CRRI in either Pondicherry or Tamilnadu, you can apply to Tamilnadu Medical Council if you got provisional registration certificate from a concerned state medical  council, you had to complete your internship in the same state and get permanent registration from the same state. eg. if you got your provision registration certificate from Delhi Medic
