Before joining in any medical institution or any institution per se , needs authentication of our certificates (in this case 10th and 12th) , from Government . The Apostille seal and the signature in our certificates will be verified by the institution , which takes us a student. In some colleges/medical institutions , the apostille seal is not a requirement. So, the student need not get the Apostille seal. But you might need this seal for verification of your 10 th and 12th marksheets elsewhere. For example, in TamilNadu Medical Council, they might ask you , whether you had got your certificates apostilled. If not, then you had to pay Rs. 100 (as DD) for verification purposes to Council, which will ask the required departments to verify ( This one is covered in TamilNadu medical council procedures ) The problem here is , it will take about one month long time for the concerned department to veri
If you want to do in Delhi , you have to register yourself in Delhi Medical Council . Getting a provisional certificate from Delhi Medical council is a easy job, as everything had to be done online. Go to Delhimedicalcouncil.org In first page , you will have instructions . And on couple of pages, you will find all general instructions and stuffs. Important things to be ready and considered while registering in Delhi Medical council. A ) You cannot change the following after registration so be aware of that. 1) Name ( as in Degree certificate ) 2) Mail Id 3) Phone number B ) On home page, you will find a link about " how to upload images " 1) Every file has to be in .jpeg format 2) Photo and signature photographs ( as you do for fmge exam ) should be in 250 pixels and 25-50 kb in size 3) Other docs (whichever you are going to apply) should be 550 x 750 pixels and 1 mb in size you can change the pixels in MS
